Creating a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and our customers is and always has been a priority of Aqua Pool’s. We encourage our Team Members to work and conduct themselves in a safe, productive and professional manner, whether they’re in the Board Room or on a construction site. All Aqua Pool technicians are factory-trained and certified, and must pass rigorous reference checking and drug screening before coming on board.

For your safety and ours, Aqua Pool closely follows all ANSI standards for residential and commercial pool design. Ongoing, mandatory safety evaluations and training are part of Aqua Pool’s culture and it shows: there has not been a recordable incident on an Aqua Pool job site since 2004. A company safety manual is present on each job site and all field supervisors have received OSHA training.
